About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Ausdocs Holdings Group as a Marketing Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives to support the growth of the business. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Albion, Queensland.
What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation

Managing the company's digital marketing presence, including website, social media, and online advertising

Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts

Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities and support business development initiatives

Overseeing the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials

Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance, and making recommendations for improvement

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies remain competitive
What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the professional services or B2B sector

Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Proficient in using various marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is highly desirable
