About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will lead our clinical and administrative teams, strengthen practice performance, and champion continuous improvement. You will oversee operations, staff development, compliance, and financial performance while creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing team.
- Drive operational efficiency, workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and reception operations.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, Medicare, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, billing, and financial performance.
- Maintain policies and procedures that support a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
About You
- Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or a senior medical reception role.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Best Practice, Cubiko, Tanda, or similar medical software.
- Understanding of Medicare, private billing, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for growth, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
