We’re looking for a motivated Senior Practice Nurse to provide clinical and operational leadership to our nursing team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands-on role combining patient care with team supervision and development.
The position is available in a permanent part-time (4 days a week) or full-time capacity depending on the preference of the successful candidate.
About Us:
Golden Beach Medical Centre is located a stone's throw from the beach just outside the hustle and bustle of Caloundra city centre. We're a state-of-the-art medical centre, with 15 General Practitioners, a range of Allied Health and a super support team of staff (nursing and reception). We also have a smaller clinic, located 5 minutes away in Pelican Waters Family Doctors that supports four GPs.
- Delivering hands -on patient care (chronic disease, immunisations, screening, wound care).
- Supporting a team of practice nurses across both sites.
- Coordinating rosters, managing supplies, and ensuring clinical standards.
- Supporting the Practice Manager with recruitment, training, audits, and regulatory compliance as needed.
- Collaborating with GPs and managers on service planning and improvement.

AHPRA Registered Nurse with strong primary care experience.
