About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position with a busy General Practice environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities include:

• Chronic Condition Management (Care Plans & Reviews)
• Health Assessments
• Immunisations (Childhood, Adult and Travel)
• Wound management
• ECGs, Spirometry and Ear Syringing
• Assisting with minor procedures
• Patient education and preventative healthcare
• Cold Chain Management
• Infection prevention and control
• General treatment room nursing

 As our practice continues to expand, you'll also have opportunities to be involved in cardiac screening clinics, chronic disease programs and quality improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current COVID-19 Vaccination status in accordance with healthcare requirements
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A genuine passion for patient care
• Strong organisational and time management skills

General Practice experience and experience using Best Practice software will be highly regarded, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
